Who we are
DijllahTasks is owned and operated by DijllahTasks. The app is not available to the general public and is used solely for internal task management and team coordination within the organisation.

Information we collect
We collect only what is necessary to operate the app.

We do not collect location data, browsing history, contacts, or any information unrelated to task management.
How we use your information
- To operate task assignment, tracking, and approval workflows within DijllahTasks
- To send push notifications when a task is assigned, updated, approved, or rejected
- To enable in-task chat and file sharing between authorised team members
- To allow management to monitor task progress and team performance
- To maintain account security and manage access levels (Boss / Manager roles)
Your information is used solely for internal operational purposes. It is never sold, rented, or shared with advertisers or unaffiliated third parties.
Third-party services
DijllahTasks uses the following third-party services to operate:
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) — used to deliver push notifications to your device. Google receives your device's FCM token for this purpose. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Expo Application Services (EAS) — used to build and distribute the app. No personal data is processed by EAS at runtime.
No analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or social media trackers are included in the app.
Data storage and security
All task data, messages, and account information are stored on DijllahTasks's backend servers. Access is restricted to authorised accounts only, enforced by role-based permissions within the app.
Passwords are stored using cryptographic hashing and are never stored or transmitted in plain text. Authentication tokens are stored securely on your device using encrypted storage.
While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no system is completely immune to security risks. We encourage you to keep your password confidential and to sign out when using a shared device.
Data retention
Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active within DijllahTasks's systems. When an account is deactivated by an administrator, access is revoked immediately.
Task records and chat messages may be retained for operational and accountability purposes in accordance with DijllahTasks's internal data policies.
Your rights
As an authorised user of DijllahTasks, you may:
- Update your own profile information and password within the app at any time
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information
- Request deletion of your account by contacting your system administrator

Children's privacy
DijllahTasks is an enterprise application intended for use by employed adults only. It is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If this privacy policy is updated, the new version will be posted within the app and the effective date above will be revised. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
